Day 1:(DELHI- To SHIMLA TRAVEL) : DISTANCE (370 KILOMETERS)

Arrive in Delhi. Then move to Volvo point I.S.B.T Bus Stand at 09:00pm by own. Catch the Volvo then move to Shimla. Overnight Travel.
Day 2: Shimla:

Pick up from Shimla Bus stand Drop to hotel (Check-in to Hotel in royale oaks hotel 3star @ 1 PM) Swift, Etios (or Similar) Private Transfer/Sedan-Non AC Intercity Transfer.

Locations 1 : Viceregal -Lodge:

The former summer residence of the British Viceroys, Viceregal Lodge, also known as Rashtrapati Niwas, is located on the Observatory Hill of Shimla. Built in the Jacobethan style, this building presently houses the prestigious Indian Institute of Advanced Study. Inside the lodge, there's a museum, featuring photographs and texts from the era of British colonial rule. Various decisions related to the future of India and Pakistan were discussed at this place. The buildings feature chandeliers from Belgium, Burmese teak covered walls (because then Burma was a part of India) and sweeping staircases.The attraction remains closed for visitors on Monday
Location 2: Mall road:

The famous Manali Mall road is a buzzing street lined with hotels, local eateries, souvenir shops and exciting cafes. A famous tourist spot and the busiest place in the hill station, Mall Road is located in the heart of the city. It is mainly famous for its markets like Hong Kong Market, Lama Underground Market, Snow Lion Underground Market and Thai Market. At the Mall Road, one can relish the scrumptious food and shop for some souvenirs like Kullu and Kashmiri shawls, woolen items, artificial jewelry, wooden furniture, antiques, books, Tibetan items and more.
Location 3: Scandal Point:

Stationed at the junction of the Mall Road and Ridge Road, Scandal Point is a famous landmark marked by the statue of the Indian freedom fighter Lala Lajpat Rai. According to the legends, Scandal Point was the same place where then Maharaja of Patiala eloped with the daughter of British Viceroy. At the time when the incident happened, it was a scandal of the highest order. And hence the place got its name. Also, the place is known for offering a beautiful view of the mountains
Location 4: Townhall:

An iconic British landmark located on the Mall Road of Shimla, Town Hall is a beautiful building, dating back to 1908 and shaped by Scottish Architect James Ransone. This British-era building, with wooden frames, shingles eaves, slanting slate roof and big glass windows, is the finest example of Tudor style architecture. During the British era, the town used to house a library with a few public utility offices in the British-era
Location 5: Shimla Church:

Built in 1857, Shimla Church is North India's second oldest church. The impressive church is located on the ridge and its neo-Gothic architecture with stained-glass windows is worth seeing. The interiors of the temples are adorned with tinted glass panes and a rich collection of old scriptures. Paintings from the life of Jesus Christ is another must-see feature. The Pipe Organ in the church, built in the year 1899, is the biggest in the Indian Subcontinent
Location 6:Gaiety Theatre:

An architectural landmark on the Shimla Mall Road, Gaiety Theatre, also known as Gaiety Heritage Cultural Complex, is a 122-year-old Victorian theatre complex and is the oldest Gothic theatre in Asia. The finest example of Victorian-era architecture, the theatre features an art gallery, museum, multi-purpose hall and amphitheater in addition to the old theatre. Facades of this Victorian-era theatre often draw a comparison with London’s Albert Hall. There are exhibition halls including art gallery inside this place. Presently, the heritage buildings host numerous performing arts and cultural programmes in the city. The theater remains closed on Mondays.
Location 7:Kufri Excursion:

Located 16 kilometers from Shimla, Kufri is bestowed with slopes, which makes it a hub for adventure lovers. A great place to unwind, Kufri offers panoramic views of the Himalayas. This tiny tinsel town features various places of interest like Himalayan Nature Park, Chini Bungalow, Kufri Fun World, etc. The highest peak in Kufri - Mahasu Peak is yet another famous hotspot for tourists. Car services are available till the nearest point to Kufri. Also, the trek to Mahasu Peak requires a lot of walking, hence it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. Also, pony services are available to reach the peak.

Location 1: Hadimba Temple:

Surrounded by a scenic cedar forest, the 15th century Hidimba Temple is a tribute to Bhima's family, including his son Ghatotkacha. Amidst the Cedar Forest, the temple has a distinctive four-tiered pagoda roof through a large doorway and a stone with an imprint of the feet of the Goddess carved on it. Also known as Dhungri Temple, it is 15 minutes away from the Manali Mall Road.
Location 2:Jagatsukh :

Famous for its captivating natural landscape and ancient shrines, Jagatsukh is a quaint village located around 7 kilometers away from Manali. Framed by snow-covered mountain peaks and verdant forests, Jagatsukh is a paradise for nature lovers as well as photographers. The village features various old shrines devoted to Lord Shiva and Goddess Sandhya Devi, which are also visited by the tourists to admire their stunning Shikhara style of architecture. The region is blanketed with snow in winters and lush with greenery in summers and therefore attracts visitors throughout the year
Location 3:Vashisht Kund :

Located in a small village called Vashisht, the Vashisht Kund is situated around 6 kms away from Manali. One of the oldest temples in Manali, it depicts intricate wooden carvings and traditional Indian-style architecture. The temple is named after sage Vashisht, one of the seven main sages of the Hindu religion. According to legends, sage Vashisht meditated here and vowed to start a new life after learning that his children were murdered by Vishwamitra. The temple is also famous for its hot water springs which are believed to have medicinal properties.
Location 4:Tibetan Monastery:

A beautiful attraction, the Tibetan monastery represents the rich culture and history of the Tibetan people who live in Manali. Out of the various colourful Tibetan monasteries in and around Manali, one of the most important and popular ones is Himalayan Nyingmapa Gompa. Located a short walk away from the Mall Road, the monastery offers an oasis of serenity and peace. You can hear monks chanting, and watch the local Tibetans go about their prayers. Please remember to be quiet and respectful within the premises. Around the monastery you will also find a large number of shops and kiosks selling colourful and unique Tibetan handicrafts.

Visitors can enjoy refreshing strolls with their loved ones or just simply sit on one of the concrete and wooden benches to admire the surrounding landscape. Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
